What is Lumoside?

Lumoside is a specialised B2B SaaS platform for consultants. It centralises client management, call scheduling, briefings, invoices, and revenue tracking in one place—so you can stop juggling between 5 different apps.

How much does it cost?

Lumoside offers monthly ($99 AUD) and yearly ($948 AUD, includes 2 months free) plans. Each plan includes 25 managed employee slots. Extra slots are $3 AUD per employee per month across all clients.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card required upfront. Cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charges.

What is a "managed employee slot"?

Each client can have employees assigned to them. The base plan includes 25 total slots across all clients. You can add more slots as needed for $3 AUD each per month.

How do the AI briefings work?

Lumoside pulls from your notes and client data to generate professional monthly briefings in 60 seconds. You review and edit before sending. Briefings can be sent directly to directors via Outlook.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud-hosted). We comply with Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and CCPA. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. You can add clients and employees manually, or import notes from Notion. Paste Notion content or drag a .md file—each section becomes a separate note.
